Injection molding machine barrel classification: double alloy barrel, nitriding barrel

Double alloy barrels can be divided into: K1 double alloy barrel, K3 double alloy barrel, K5 double alloy barrel.
The K1 double alloy cylinder substrate is alloy steel, and the tungsten carbide alloy is centrifugally cast in the inner hole.
The K3 double alloy cylinder substrate is alloy steel, and the inner hole is centrifugally cast tungsten carbide + cobalt alloy.
The K5 double alloy cylinder substrate is alloy steel, and the inner hole is centrifugally cast tungsten carbide + cobalt alloy + nickel alloy.

The nitriding cylinder is made of SACM645 and 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, which is shaped and tempered.
